It is recommended to book your appointment or party with VMA at least two weeks in advance to guarantee your desired date and time.
Please note that all locations outside of Victoria, B.C, are charged an extra travel fee.
i.e. Colwood, Brentwood Bay, and Sidney.
Apartments & Condos larger than 4 stories high are also charged an extra fee.
Our mobile services take planning and preparation prior to your scheduled appointment. We guarantee we do not over book any of our clients appointments and for these reasons, we respectfully require at least 72 hours notice for all cancelations.
Cancelations that are received less than 72 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the total services booked.
Upon booking your party, a 15% deposit payment is required. This deposit will go towards the total service price and guarantee your reservation for your party. This deposit is received by VMA by credit card only.
The same 72 hour cancelation policy applies for large parties.
Same day cancelations OR no-shows to any appointments or parties will be charged 100% of the total service.
All payments and tips are received by the manager of VMA at your event. VMA collects all appreciated gratuities and divides them equally between the staff working your event.
VMA believes in team work and is confident all service providers work hard together and deserve equal appreciation.
If you enjoyed our service it is standard etiquette to provide a gratuity of between 10% - 25%.
